We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to supply our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
